Registration

This two-hour workshop is designed for those interested in freelance newspaper writing. The first section of the workshop prepares writers for a news story assignment, and the second section walks participants through the basics of writing and filing a news story. There is a 10-minute break between the two sections. It is not an entry-level journalism course, although high school and college journalism students will find it helpful.
